Salary Range:

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required, licensing assistance available if needed. A Life & Health Insurance license is required, licensing assistance available if needed. Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others. Be equipped with great listening and closing skills. Responsibilities Comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, setting strategy. Proven track record of results in insurance sales, agency management, or a related industry.Strong leadership and coaching ability:
you attract and develop talent with our support. Comfortable using data/analytics in decision-making High integrity, personal accountability, strong communication skills. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
