Join our team as the Sales and Marketing Manager for our assisted living community, where you'll play a pivotal role in welcoming new residents and showcasing our exceptional senior living experience. This is your chance to combine your sales expertise with a mission-driven purpose, helping families and seniors find a place they can call home. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will focus on the following:
Sales Leadership:
Guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process with empathy, professionalism, and expertise by providing personalized consultations and addressing inquiries to highlight the community's unique offerings.
Marketing Strategy:
Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns, events, open houses, and informational sessions that attract prospects and strengthen the community's brand presence through digital and traditional advertising channels, including social media, print materials, and community outreach programs.
Relationship Building:
Regularly engage with community stakeholders to cultivate strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners, such as healthcare providers, social workers, and local organizations.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with the Executive Director and community staff to ensure seamless communication and a consistent resident experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
Two years of Proven experience working in a commission-based sales and marketing role, preferably within the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries. A passion for helping seniors and families navigate life's transitions. Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and sales reporting. Lead management and selling/closing techniques tailored to meet the needs of our senior living market. Must be a high-energy, persistent self-starter that thrives in a sales environment.
