Full Job Description Regional Sales and Marketing Director:
We are looking for a Regional Sales and Marketing Director to support Marketing and Admissions Coordinators with screening referrals for our assisted living facilities in Minnesota. This person will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. Multiple assisted living facility management on a regional level experience is a must!
Responsibilities:
Our Sales and Marketing Team Staff establish a presence by representing our facilities to all area hospital discharge planning teams to screen, evaluate, and recommend patients for our Assisted living facilities. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources. Provide insights to Executive Management about appropriate strategies to grow Occupancy. Directs all daily operations, including providing direct oversight of establishing and implementing referral initiatives. Overall admission process oversight Sales and marketing team management Occupancy calls and conversion management New hire interviewing and training CRM software, systems know-how, management, training, and oversight Back-up coverage models Financial verification management The transition of care communication
Qualifications:
Experience in the Assisted Living industry Multiple facility management on a Regional level Experience with PCC/CRM/Welcome Home Sales team management Self-starter, self-driven, ambitious, and up to the task of reputation re-positioning. Ability to work independently to evaluate new market opportunities. Must be able to communicate effectively with senior leadership, clinicians, and executive management regarding business opportunities. Demonstrates understanding of current healthcare industry trends. #IND1000
