What You'll Do As a Sales Manager at Findlay Chrysler, you'll do more than manage a desk. You'll lead and develop a sales team, drive performance, coach your people to higher levels of success, and maximize finance and front-end profitability. We operate under a one-person sales model , so strong desk management and finance experience are essential. What We're Looking For Proven automotive sales leadership experience Strong desk management and finance (F&I) background A natural leader who holds people accountable while building a winning culture High-energy, competitive, and results-driven Someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo and help us continue our rapid growth CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) experience is preferred, but exceptional automotive leaders from other brands are encouraged to apply Why Findlay?
