Summary We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations at Lakeside Facility Services. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our facilities operate efficiently while maintaining high standards of service. The Area Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and enhancing operational performance. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple facility service teams across the designated area. Hire and Train new hires Terminate employees Inspections Accurate supply quantities Stay in budget with employee hours per contracts Must put in a 40 hour work week Weekends may be needed on occasion Covering for call offs Rounding with clients Compliance training Salary of $50.000 - $55,000 Annually Requirements Proven leadership experience in facility management or a related field. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful execution. Excellent strategic planning abilities to drive process improvements. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Experience in business development and sales is a plus. Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively.
