Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Business Development Manager for a leading services-focused client. In this position you will be supporting and growing business on the Pacific or West Coast. This individual will be responsible for driving new revenue growth by identifying and closing strategic business opportunities across their region. The role partners closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, refine go-to-market strategies, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate is a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys prospecting and networking, and is energized by exceeding revenue targets.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new accounts and expansion opportunities
  • Engage prospects through calls, meetings, and presentations to understand needs and deliver value propositions
  • Develop customized quotes and proposals in partnership with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasts, and sales reports

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field OR 8+ years of industry experience in lieu of degree
  • 3+ years of sales or related experience with demonstrated sales success
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Experience prospecting, building, and managing a sales pipeline
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • CRM experience for tracking pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)
  • Master's degree
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience
  • Experience navigating sales barriers and engaging decision-makers in larger organizations
  • Strong background leveraging industry events for lead generation and brand awareness Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams
