This organization has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality roofing solutions while maintaining long-term client relationships through their service division. With a growing backlog and continued investment in their service department, they are looking to add a driven Service Sales Representative to support expansion efforts. Position Summary The Service Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business within the service and maintenance division . This is a hunter-style role focused on self-generating opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building. This individual will perform roof inspections, develop scopes of work, prepare estimates, and close service and repair projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by building a book of business. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, and client outreach Generate and manage a pipeline of service and repair opportunities Perform on-site roof inspections and identify repair/maintenance needs Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for commercial roofing service work Present proposals and close service and maintenance contracts Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and building owners Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure successful project execution Track sales activity, follow-ups, and pipeline through CRM systems Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion within the service division Qualifications 2+ years of construction or industrial sales experience required Commercial roofing service experience or knowledge required Experience with estimating, proposals, or takeoffs preferred Proven ability to self-generate leads and close business Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
