Job Description
Business Development Manager - Central Ohio Time Staffing, Inc. , a leading provider of workforce solutions across Ohio, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence throughout Central Ohio. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and representing the company within the community. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new client relationships to maintain a strong sales pipeline. Qualify potential customers and identify staffing and workforce solutions that align with their business needs. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and uncover opportunities for partnership. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals that result in new business. Grow existing accounts by identifying and securing additional staffing and service opportunities. Maintain consistent sales activity, including cold calls, client visits, networking, and community engagement. Represent Time Staffing professionally and ethically while adhering to company policies and procedures. Develop a strong understanding of all Time Staffing and Hamilton-Ryker services and solutions. Accurately document sales activities and support team initiatives as needed. Travel to client locations, company offices, and community events as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or sales education is a plus. Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and influence decision-makers. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic math skills with the ability to calculate rates, margins, and profitability metrics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar word processing and spreadsheet applications. Ability to work flexible hours and occasionally be on call. Commitment to maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and employment laws.
