Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
This Business Development Manager's focus is to support maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market. This position also contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the establishment of product pricing and reviews of profitability through pricing and margin Responsible for support to the Territory Sales Managers Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business Responsible for making calls, visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers Develops clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers Expedites the resolution of escalated customer problems and complaints Updates management with information on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Participates in Regional and Industry events Perform other duties and special projects as directedKEY ATTRIBUTES

Bachelor's degree in sales, merchandising or marketing. Equivalent experience and training would be considered in lieu Previous experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably garage doors) required 3+ years outside sales experience Required to travel and manage overnight accommodations as needed Ability to research and analyze various different types of data and information Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues Ability to organize and prioritize work Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to work full time on siteBenefits:
