Job Description
Director of Business Development - Senior Living We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Director of Business Development to drive occupancy growth and strengthen referral partnerships across our senior living campus in Willoughby, OH! This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing the prospect-to-move-in process, and building strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Responsibilities Drive occupancy and census growth through strategic sales and outreach efforts. Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare and community partners. Conduct tours, manage inquiries, and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process. Represent the community at networking events and community functions. Track leads, conversions, and market trends using CRM tools. Qualifications 3+ years of sales, marketing, admissions, or business development experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality Bachelors Degree Proven success meeting occupancy, census, or revenue goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Passion for serving seniors and their families.
