The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional who excels at building relationships, converting leads, conducting tours, and guiding prospective residents and families through the decision-making process. Responsibilities Drive occupancy and census growth through effective lead management and follow-up. Respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and convert prospects into move-ins. Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families. Manage the prospect-to-move-in sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up. Track leads, tours, conversions, and sales activity using CRM tools. Partner with community leadership to achieve occupancy goals. Maintain relationships with referral sources and participate in community outreach as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of sales, admissions, marketing, or business development experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality. Bachelors degree. Proven success achieving sales, occupancy, census, or revenue goals. Strong communication, presentation, follow-up, and closing skills. Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple prospects.
