Role Overview (What They'll Do) As our Sales Manager, you'll develop and lead Project Consultants to consistently hit sales goals while executing our sales systems with discipline. You'll coach in the field, reinforce scripting and methodology, and drive performance through clear metrics, direct feedback, and a culture of trust and accountability. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach Project Consultants to hit Net Qualified Sales (NQS) targets Drive KPI improvement month-over-month through coaching, field training, and accountability Improve close rate month-over-month through roleplay, scripting, ride-alongs, and feedback loops Conduct regular 1-on-1s focused on goals, metrics, and performance improvement plans Perform ride-alongs to diagnose skill gaps and coach in real time Reinforce disciplined execution of the sales methodology, pricing sequence, urgency techniques, and assumptive closing Require and improve manager calls at the conclusion of every appointment Implement performance benching and targeted retraining for underperforming Project Consultants Build a healthy, competitive, encouraging culture where accountability is normal Increase self-generated lead activity by training, modeling, recognizing, and rewarding results Outcomes & Success Metrics Winning in this role looks like measurable improvement in sales performance and team execution, including: Net Qualified Sales (NQS) goals met or exceeded (monthly + quarterly) NSLI increases month-over-month from the established baseline Close rate increases month-over-month after ramp period Consistent compliance with manager-call protocol and sales systems Improved Project Consultant performance through roleplay, coaching, and ride-alongs Self-generated leads increase through referrals, canvassing, and networking activity Personality Fit You'll thrive here if you're confident, direct, and driven—someone who naturally holds the line on standards and doesn't avoid hard conversations.
