The Bible Partnerships Manager is responsible for building and fostering relationships with a diverse network of partners who share biblically centered and culturally relevant content that guides the YouVersion community to seek God every day. This role is responsible for relationships with Bible Partners while also representing their needs and perspectives within the YouVersion Content Team. This role supports the team's direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.
Church's mission and reach people for Christ. \n What You'll Do Onboard and Serve Bible Partners Establish an understanding of current Bible Partners and create a plan to build strong relationships and connections with each organization. Build relationships that enable YouVersion to provide Bible content to users in written, audio, and video formats. Present the YouVersion story and cast vision about the value of partnering together to current and future Bible Partners. Educate and encourage Bible Partners to promote Scripture engagement to their respective audiences. Leverage email, video calls, and other communications to establish and maintain strong relationships with Bible Partner organizations. Train and Equip Bible Partners Leverage resources to teach Bible Partners to make strategic use of their data dashboards and other tools created to serve them. Provide support, resources, and follow-up for Bible Partners who are bringing their most treasured content to the YouVersion community. Travel on occasion as needed to visit key Partners, make presentations about their impact, and create clear channels to receive and summarize their feedback and ministry needs. Evaluate and own the health of each Bible Partner relationship. Skills Needed to Succeed Elite relational skills, strong networking capabilities, and a demonstrated passion for Bible engagement. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships. Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and problem solve. Maintain flexibility and initiate the creation of new processes and project strategies. Ability to manage conflict and differing opinions while maintaining composure. Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others. Ability to take a great vision and turn it into reality through strategic execution. High School Diploma or GED.
