Cox Automotive, a leader in automotive services, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence within the automotive sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and the ability to forge strong relationships with car manufacturers and dealerships. This role will focus on achieving sales targets, promoting our comprehensive suite of products, and enhancing client satisfaction across assigned territories. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to streamline automotive operations and enhance the car buying and selling experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals within the assigned territory. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
