Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partner / Growth Executive to propel our business forward through innovative partnership development and strategic growth initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead business development efforts, forge impactful B2B relationships, and drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities. Compensation:
Base salary plus aggressive performance bonuses, commissions, profit-sharing, and potential partnership/equity opportunities. Compensation structure designed to reward growth, expansion, and long-term success. Responsibilities Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships that align with company goals across various industries and markets Lead business development initiatives by prospecting new clients through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach efforts Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and deals ensuring mutual value creation and long-term collaboration Drive B2B sales efforts by presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs while showcasing the value of our products and services Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support partnership growth and brand positioning Manage key accounts through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and strategic upselling opportunities Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly Skills Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing complex deals Expertise in business development and B2B sales with a focus on technology or software solutions Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively Experience in marketing strategies that support growth initiatives and brand awareness Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management Technical sales experience with an understanding of product features, integrations, and technical specifications Leadership qualities to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic projects forward Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for decision-making purposes Warm calling techniques combined with relationship-building skills to establish trust quickly Join us as a Strategic Partner / Growth Executive if you're energized by building impactful relationships, driving revenue growth through innovative strategies, and making a difference in a vibrant organization committed to excellence.
