What You'll Do Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales reps in pre-qualified territories Drive field performance through coaching, competition, and accountability Lead from the front by supporting customer acquisition and setting the pace for your team Track daily production metrics and support ongoing professional development Earn base compensation, personal commissions, and aggressive overrides on team production What We're Looking For Competitive, coachable leaders with success in face-to-face sales leadership Strong communication skills and desire to grow into market-level leadership Background in solar, energy, alarms, pest control, or home services is a plus Willingness to work in the field and lead by example Compensation $35,000 Signing Bonus
