  • For the right person, this is a $ 500k+ role with advancement into regional or market management.
What You'll Do Train, and lead a team of sales reps operating in pre-qualified neighborhoods . Drive field performance through coaching, competition, and accountability. Personally knock doors and close deals as needed to set the pace for your team. Track daily production metrics and support ongoing professional development. Earn base draw and commissions on personal sales, and aggressive overrides on your team's results . What We're Looking For Competitive, coachable leaders who have managed or produced in door-to-door or face-to-face sales. Strong communication skills and a desire to grow into market-level leadership. A background in solar, energy, alarms, pest control, or home services is a plus but not required. Must be willing to work in the field and lead by example.
Compensation Personal Commissions:
Uncapped
