Job Description
Lead One of Pennsylvania's Growing Insurance Restoration Teams S&I Exteriors is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in insurance restoration roofing to lead, develop, and grow our sales team. We are a 100% self-generated sales organization specializing in residential roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior restoration throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We're looking for a leader who understands the insurance claims process from the initial inspection through final payment and can coach others to consistently succeed. Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and develop high-performing roofing sales professionals. Lead and coach a self-generated sales team. Conduct field ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching. Train representatives on insurance restoration sales and customer communication. Assist with complex insurance claims, adjuster meetings, and supplements. Review sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline activity. Maintain accountability while building a positive, winning culture. Work closely with executive leadership to achieve company growth goals. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of roofing sales experience (Required). Insurance restoration roofing sales experience (Required). Strong knowledge of the residential insurance claims process. Experience working with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and restoration projects. Previous leadership, training, or management experience preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications JobNimbus experience. CompanyCam experience. EagleView experience. Xactimate knowledge. Supplement writing or supplement negotiation experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. What We Offer Competitive base salary.
