ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the negotiation process with Sales Consultants ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing Desk deals based on current offers and incentives Appraise vehicles for trade Ability to handle and resolve guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally Develop, engage, and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes Weekly team coaching, reporting and accountability meetings with sales team Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate and interact effectively with guests and associates from each department within the dealership Understand, abide by and implement federal, state, and local regulations Performs other related duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1-2 years' sales experience required, dealership experience preferred Successful track record Team oriented Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug screen Valid driver's license with good driving record CDK (DMS) preferred Must be authorized to work in the United StatesAAP/EEO STATEMENT/ADA STATEMENT
