Job Description

The Senior Manager, Business Process Development will play a crucial role in enhancing our supply chain operations by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing scalable improvements. They will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align process enhancements with business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and order fulfillment processes, as well as experience with ERP systems and data visualization platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Optimization Analyze current supply chain planning & supply chain execution processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Help design and implement scalable process enhancements using data-driven insights and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Sales, PLM, Order Management, Demand Management, Supply Management, Procurement, Warehouse, Manufacturing and Shipping) to align process improvements with business goals. Systems & Data Management Serve as a key liaison between business users and IT for supply chain systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle ASCP, Reporting). Support or manage projects, testing, and deployment for new features or enhancements. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across planning and execution systems. Project Management Lead or support supply chain-related projects, including system upgrades, process redesigns, and automation initiatives. Document business requirements, process flows, and training materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in a business process or systems analyst role within supply chain or operations.
Preferred Experience:
Strong understanding of demand planning, supply chain planning, replenishment planning, inventory optimization and order promising processes. Understanding of Supply Chain Collaboration Understanding of capacity planning Strong understanding of procurement, receiving & warehouse, manufacturing and order fulfilment processes. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI). Proficiency in Excel and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies. Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow engines).
