Sales Manager - New Home2 Suites by Hilton | West Middlesex, PA Be part of something new! We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team for the opening of the new Home2 Suites by Hilton in West Middlesex, PA. As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in introducing our hotel to the local market and building a strong foundation for long-term success. You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, and creating sales strategies that drive occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who enjoys connecting with businesses, organizations, and community partners and has a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local and regional markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, group clients, travel partners, and community organizations. Conduct sales calls, client visits, networking, and community outreach. Manage accounts and maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities. Coordinate group, corporate, and extended-stay business from initial contact through completion. Partner with hotel leadership and operations teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Represent the hotel professionally at community events, industry functions, and networking opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Previous hotel sales or hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Ability to develop and maintain a strong local business network. Professional and enthusiastic approach to customer service. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the hotel team.
