About the Role The Sales & Marketing Director will lead occupancy and census development efforts while building strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners throughout the market. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, relationship-focused, and passionate about helping seniors and families navigate the transition into senior living.
