You're a proven banking leader who knows how to turn relationships into results. At C&N, we're seeking a Regional Market Leader to drive business development, strengthen customer relationships, and expand C&N's presence throughout the region. In this role, you'll lead regional sales efforts, develop consumer and business relationships, engage with community and referral partners, and coach teammates to achieve shared goals. You will be responsible for:
Regional Business Development:
Lead efforts to retain, deepen, and grow consumer and commercial relationships while driving new business, cross-selling, and quality referrals throughout the region.
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and execute proactive business development strategies, coordinate regional goals, and help teammates identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and develop new ones.
Market & Community Development:
Expand C&N's presence by cultivating relationships with customers, prospects, Advisory Board members, community organizations, and other referral sources.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, coach, and develop assigned employees by establishing goals, providing ongoing feedback, strengthening business development capabilities, and creating opportunities for professional growth.
Relationship Management:
Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate financial solutions, and collaborate with C&N specialists to deliver comprehensive banking relationships.
Requirements:
Education & Experience - You will need a Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND one 6-8 years of related sales and management experience in a banking environment or related sales field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
