In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Your enthusiasm for building strong customer relationships and your expertise in B2B sales will be vital to your success. Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our solutions Manage territory sales activities effectively, including planning, forecasting, and executing strategic account management plans Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer requirements Partner with Internal partners to collaborate on business opportunities Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within the retail sector Strong design and manufacturing knowledge with the ability to lead client negotiations and close deals effectively Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and upselling strategies Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales pipelines Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver consultative discussions regarding a client's branding experience Ability to perform detailed analysis of market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities Self-motivated with a proactive approach to cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales efforts Knowledge of marketing principles and retail or inside sales experience is a plus Join us as an Account Manager and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions while growing your professional expertise.
