We distinguish ourselves by being among the exclusive few companies that offer both sales and servicing for a wide array of major brands in the compressed air equipment market. Unlike other distributors confined to specific brands, makes, or models, LANS Compressors possesses the flexibility to recommend the optimal compressed air, vacuum pump, or dryer solution tailored to our customers' unique applications.
Job Description:
As LANS Compressors Area Manager (Territory - Riverside County) , your primary role is to sell and promote our products and services, both to existing clients and potential customers within your designated territory of Riverside County. You will play a pivotal role in propelling our business forward. This position entails visiting local client sites to foster existing relationships and cultivate new ones. We seek an individual with an exceptional work ethic, a competitive drive, the capacity to work autonomously, and excellent face-to-face communication and sales abilities.Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. Promote and sell compressed air and vacuum systems to industrial and manufacturing firms. Foster connections and identify opportunities to deliver genuine value to prospective clients. Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to generate leads necessary for fulfilling our objectives. Engage in proactive outreach via phone calls, texts, and emails to arrange sales appointments. Take charge of your designated territory, driving its expansion in accordance with our goals. Coordinate leads for the Parts and Service teams as required, facilitating seamless transitions. Thrive in a high-performance environment, embracing challenges with determination and resilience. Project Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of project Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs to meet budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionAdditional Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and address client pain points through personalized presentations, including demonstrations, comprehensive product information, and customized quotes. Conduct on-site visits to client locations to showcase company offerings to both prospective and existing clients. Daily travel typically occurs within the local market, with occasional overnight travel as required. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship-building. Enhance and broaden understanding of company services and products, delivering presentations to clients in a polished and professional manner. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to remain competitive and informed. 1 year of sales experience Strong communication and sales skillsPreferred:
Knowledge or experience in the mechanical industry and/or with air compressor equipment Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop continuously Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision Ability to travel locally to and from client sites.Benefits:
