Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Assistant Director of Sales to lead our overall sales strategy and customer engagement. This position reports to and works with the General Manager/Director of Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure alignment between sales, engineering, and manufacturing operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about management, business development, and technology-driven sales to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Salary is commensurate with experience and will be discussed further during the interview process. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Lead the sales strategy and execution for pump skid systems. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets for pump skid systems. Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and growth channels. Drive pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and proposal development. Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and service. Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Maintain accurate records of sales performance, operational metrics, and customer feedback. Establish KPIs and drive accountability across sales and operational functions. Perform other duties as assigned to support company growth and operational excellence. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in sales management within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of pump systems, especially skid systems, and related applications. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships and internal teams. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational oversight. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. Working conditions Office and Manufacturing Environment on site in Huntingdon Valley, PA. Must be able to sit/stand/crouch/kneel for extended periods of time. The position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. during the workday. Local and regional candidates within a reasonable commuting distance of Huntingdon Valley, PA are strongly preferred, as this position requires regular on-site collaboration and support. Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing or industrial supply chain settings. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Sencillo is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
