We are seeking a driven and well-connected Beauty Partnership & Influencer Manager to help expand our brand presence, increase salon traffic, secure sponsorship opportunities, and build strategic partnerships throughout South Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about beauty, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and event activations. Responsibilities Develop and secure partnerships with beauty, haircare, wellness, fitness, fashion, and lifestyle brands. Identify and coordinate influencer collaborations to drive awareness and new client bookings. Build relationships with local content creators, media outlets, and community organizations. Plan and execute salon events, pop-ups, networking mixers, and promotional activations. Create strategies to increase foot traffic, customer retention, and brand visibility. Research sponsorship opportunities and negotiate partnership agreements. Assist with brand ambassador programs and community outreach initiatives. Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for growth. Qualifications Experience in influencer marketing, public relations, brand partnerships, business development, or event marketing. Strong network within the Miami beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle community preferred. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Passion for beauty, entrepreneurship, and social media marketing.
