Position Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Business Development Manager (BDM) to help drive our sales pipeline. In this role, you will combine high-tech digital prospecting with traditional relationship-building. You will utilize a world-class sales tech stack to target decision-makers online while regularly stepping out into the field to represent our firm at networking events and social business gatherings. Key Responsibilities In-Person Networking:
Attend local industry conferences, chamber events, seminars, and social business gatherings to build organic, face-to-face relationships with prospective clients.
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Utilize ZoomInfo to identify high-fit accounts and export accurate contact data for decision-makers.
Strategic Outreach:
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build professional rapport, track lead movements, and execute personalized "social selling" strategies.
CRM Management:
Maintain 100% data integrity in HubSpot , ensuring all calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions are logged and leads are moved through the funnel stages correctly.
High-Volume Activity:
Execute a consistent daily volume of cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messages to hit monthly meeting-set targets.
Qualification:
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and ensure they meet our "Ideal Customer Profile" (ICP) before handing them off to a Partner.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Partner team to refine messaging and provide feedback on lead quality.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
Social & Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional confidence in in-person settings; comfortable working a room, initiating conversations, and representing the firm professionally at social events.
Tech Proficiency:
Hands-on experience (or a strong desire to learn) ZoomInfo , LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and HubSpot .
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you must be comfortable picking up the phone and writing compelling, non-templated emails.
Resilience:
A "thick skin" and a positive attitude. You view "No" as a step closer to "Yes."
Organization:
Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and follow-ups without letting prospects fall through the cracks.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary and Commissions Commission:
Uncapped monthly commission based on meetings set, qualified opportunities created, and closed contracts. Engagements get a one time commission. Recurring engagements receive a residual commission.

Growth Path:
Clear promotion path to Account Executive or Senior BDM within 12-24 months based on performance.
