$150,000 Business Development Manager (Cosmetics Packaging Glass/Plastic)-Hybrid Queens, NY Location Hybrid role based in Richmond Hill, Queens, NY (120-19 89th Ave) Onsite daily for the first 90 days of training, then hybrid schedule is available. Summary We are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong industry connections in cosmetics packaging (glass and/or plastic) to drive new business growth. This role is focused on hunting and developing new accounts, not account management, and requires an established network within beauty, personal care, or packaging. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and close new business within cosmetics and personal care packaging Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new opportunities Target and develop large, high-volume ("critical mass") accounts Build a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and execution Qualifications Proven business development / hunter sales experience (not account management) Strong network within cosmetics, beauty, or packaging industry Experience selling or sourcing glass and/or plastic packaging preferred Track record of landing and growing large accounts Self-starter with strong negotiation and closing skills Must have own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) Compensation & Perks Base salary: $130K - $150K Commission plan (no bonus structure) Car allowance (mileage reimbursement) Hybrid work schedule possible after 90 days
