Leveraging extensive experience in cross-border commerce and supply chain management, we partner with manufacturers and retailers to bring high-quality products to market efficiently and competitively. As we continue to expand our eBike division in the United States, we are looking for driven sales professionals to help grow our dealer network, develop strategic partnerships, and accelerate market growth in key regions. Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Representative to develop and manage dealer relationships, expand distribution channels, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories. This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales, dealer network development, outdoor recreation products, cycling, mobility, or related industries. This is a field-based position requiring regular travel to visit dealers, attend industry events, conduct product demonstrations, and identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow relationships with bicycle dealers, sporting goods retailers, and mobility-focused distributors. Identify and onboard new dealer partners within assigned territories. Conduct in-person sales meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions. Drive dealer sell-in programs and support dealer sell-through initiatives. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and account management. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support market expansion efforts. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Preferred Markets Candidates with existing relationships or market knowledge in the following regions are highly preferred: California Texas Florida New York Qualifications 3+ years of B2B sales, territory sales, dealer development, or account management experience. Experience in eBikes, cycling, outdoor recreation, sporting goods, mobility products, automotive accessories, or related industries preferred. Proven track record of developing new business and growing sales accounts. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with dealer or distributor networks. Knowledge of the eBike, cycling, outdoor recreation, or mobility market. Mandarin language skills are a plus but not required. Experience working with international suppliers or cross-border business environments is beneficial.
Compensation Base Salary:
$50,000-$80,000
