About the Role We're hiring a true sales hunter. As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive new growth across the commercial landscaping and snow & ice management sectors -- finding, engaging, and winning new clients through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and relentless follow-up. This is not an account-maintenance role. It's for someone who gets energized by competition, takes pride in pipeline discipline, and is motivated by what they can earn when they close.
