ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales Setter is responsible for high-volume outbound calling , engaging prospects with professionalism and clarity, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team. This is a full-time role requiring weekday availability between 8 AM - 5 PM CDT. In-office, local candidates given preference; will consider remote candidates who reside in Texas only.
What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls all day to warm and cold prospects using our Smart Lists inside GoHighLevel (GHL). Follow scripts and call flows with confidence and precision. Engage prospects with clear, strong communication and a positive demeanor. Qualify leads and schedule sales calls for our advisor team. Log all activity, notes, and outcomes inside GHL. Follow up with leads consistently to maximize show-up rates. Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the Rise Up Kings mission. Meet daily and weekly call volume, contact rate, and booking targets.
Who You Are:
Comfortable making hundreds of outbound calls per day . Someone who thrives in a repetitive, structured, high-activity role . Does NOT need or desire to progress quickly into a closing or high-commission sales role — happy and motivated staying in a setter position. Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus. Reliable, disciplined, and consistent. Strong alignment with Rise Up Kings' mission, values, and culture. Handles feedback well and maintains high performance standards. Previous outbound calling, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
