  • United States) About the Role Green Jeeva is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth across international markets.
This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the company's global expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, market insight, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives Identify, evaluate, and onboard new clients and strategic partners in domestic and international markets Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term value and customer satisfaction Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, negotiations, contracting, and closures Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sourcing, quality, and operations) Prepare and present business proposals, pricing models, and commercial agreements Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and MIS reports Mentor and guide junior business development executives Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings Required Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in B2B sales and international business development Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to build and lead high-performing teams Strategic thinking with a strong commercial mindset In-depth understanding of global markets and export-oriented businesses Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field MBA or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage Experience 6-10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in international or export markets Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth Candidates must have prior experience in the organic ingredients, food, nutraceuticals, or FMCG industry (mandatory)
