This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for a proven relationship builder who understands commercial restoration, knows how to reach key decision-makers, and has a history of turning long-term professional relationships into profitable construction opportunities. About DDS Custom Builders DDS Custom Builders is a Florida State Certified Building Contractor specializing in: Concrete restoration Stucco remediation Waterproofing and building-envelope repairs Structural framing and build-back Balcony and walkway repairs Exterior wall systems Window and door installation Commercial and hospitality renovation We work with engineers, property management companies, condominium associations, resorts, hotels, commercial property owners, and restoration consultants throughout Florida. Responsibilities Develop lasting relationships with structural engineers, restoration consultants, property managers, association managers, resort operators, building owners, and asset managers. Identify upcoming restoration, waterproofing, concrete, stucco, framing, balcony, walkway, and exterior-envelope projects. Establish DDS Custom Builders as a preferred contractor with engineering and property management firms. Schedule and attend client meetings, property visits, project walkthroughs, networking events, lunch-and-learns, and industry events. Track opportunities from the early engineering and planning stages through bidding, approval, contract award, and construction. Coordinate with ownership, estimating, and operations to evaluate opportunities and prepare proposals. Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, active opportunities, bids, follow-up dates, and anticipated project awards. Generate invited bids, negotiated work, emergency repair opportunities, and long-term restoration programs. Maintain client relationships after project award to encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications At least 7 to 10 years of successful construction sales or business development experience. Proven experience working with engineering firms, property management companies, condominium associations, hospitality properties, commercial owners, or restoration consultants. Strong knowledge of commercial restoration and building-envelope construction. Familiarity with concrete repair, stucco remediation, waterproofing, structural framing, exterior coatings, balcony repairs, and related scopes. Demonstrated ability to break into new accounts and develop long-term professional relationships. Strong communication, presentation, networking, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with ownership and the estimating team. Willingness to travel throughout Central Florida and other Florida markets as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience Established relationships with Florida engineers, restoration consultants, property managers, condominium associations, resorts, or commercial owners. Experience with occupied condominium, multifamily, hospitality, or commercial restoration projects. Familiarity with Florida milestone inspections, structural reserve studies, deferred-maintenance programs, waterproofing failures, and large-scale capital improvement projects. A proven record of developing substantial project pipelines and generating measurable construction revenue.
