We're looking for a Channel Sales Manager to drive growth through both partner and direct sales. This is a quota-carrying role focused on expanding into new markets, building strong partner relationships, and delivering consistent revenue growth. You'll own your territory end-to-end—from pipeline generation to closing deals and growing existing accounts—while working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Drive new business and expand existing accounts within your territory Build and manage a strong pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets Develop and execute territory and channel strategies Deliver tailored product demos and presentations Recruit, enable, and grow channel partners Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Marketing on deal execution Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting Travel 20-30% for customer and partner engagement About You 6+ years of B2B tech sales experience, including enterprise or channel sales 3+ years selling SaaS solutions; experience with direct and channel models (MSP experience preferred) Experience selling IT Operations software or similar solutions preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Why 42Gears Competitive base salary + variable compensation $70,000•$100,000 base + variable (OTE $140,000•$200,000) Hybrid work environment 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Cell phone reimbursement
