This role focuses on selling Arburg digital product solutions developing strategic customer relationships, and ensuring strong alignment between sales initiatives, market needs, and company goals. The position combines hands-on sales leadership, territory management, and collaboration with technical and marketing teams to deliver sustained commercial success. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Territory Ownership
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with national growth objectives.
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline quality for the assigned region.
- Identify high‑value prospects, emerging opportunities, and key growth verticals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs. Customer Acquisition & Account Management
- Drive full‑cycle sales: prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations in collaboration with Technical Engineering.
- Develop multi‑level relationships within accounts to strengthen long‑term retention and expansion. Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing to execute targeted campaigns supporting lead generation and regional brand visibility.
- Collaborate with Technical Engineering teams to ensure accurate scoping, installation readiness, and smooth implementation for clients.
- Provide product feedback and insights to Sales Management to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Inside Sales to ensure seamless onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Arburg machine sales managers Sales Reporting & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records for leads ( Salesforce), opportunities, and account activity.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales performance reports.
- Analyze win/loss trends and pipeline metrics to optimize sales strategy and improve conversion rates. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within software, digital products, or technology environments.
- Experience with selling EPR, MES or related System software.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and working with technical product teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics, and pipeline management.
