Job Description
Job Title:
Business Development - Sales (Northeast US & Canada Territory)- Overview
- We're seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional with proven experience in the relocation industry. This is a remote position responsible for driving new business across the Northeast U.S. and Canada territory, with moderate travel requirements (20-30%).
- Key Responsibilities

Territory Strategy & Prospecting:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and engage prospective clients within the assigned region. +
Lead Nurturing:
- Build strong relationships with prospects, assess business fit, and guide them through the sales cycle. +
Pricing & Profitability:
- Create competitive pricing strategies that align with company profitability goals. +
Proposal Development:
- Lead RFP responses in collaboration with technical writers and subject matter experts. +
Sales Presentations:
- Participate in client presentations, coordinate dry runs, and communicate win strategies. +
Contract Negotiation:
- Drive contract negotiations with support from the legal team. +
Client Onboarding:
- Ensure a seamless transition by partnering with client services and implementation teams. +
Special Projects:
- Manage strategic initiatives, trade conferences, and other projects as needed.
- Leadership & Representation
- + Represent the Sales team at industry events and conferences, leveraging supplier relationships and hosting company-sponsored events. + Foster strong internal and external partnerships to deliver innovative solutions and exceed client expectations.
