The Role We're looking for a Director of Sales & Accounts to own both sides of revenue growth: hunting for new accounts and deepening the relationships we already have . This is a senior, results-driven role for someone who can open doors with new customers, run a disciplined pipeline, and become the trusted point of contact that existing clients rely on. You'll represent globally recognized brands, present new collections, manage your book of business in HubSpot, and work cross-functionally with our design, production, and operations teams. If you know the automotive accessories world, love building relationships, and use modern tools (including AI) to work smarter and stay ahead, this role is for you. What You'll Do Win new business. Identify, prospect, and close new accounts across retail, distribution, and wholesale channels. Build and manage a healthy pipeline from first touch through signed deal. Grow and retain existing accounts. Be the dependable point of contact for current customers. Anticipate their needs, surface reorder and cross-sell opportunities, and keep them coming back. Present our products. Lead virtual showroom sessions, livestreams, and video presentations to showcase new designs and collections with confidence and polish. Own your pipeline in HubSpot. Manage leads, log every touchpoint, track follow-ups, and keep records accurate and current. Your CRM hygiene should be something the rest of the team can rely on. Deliver a great customer experience. Provide attentive post-sales support, personalized follow-ups, shipping updates, and proactive communication. Handle the details. Manage vendor setups, product uploads, documentation, and build tailored Excel reports to meet specific customer requirements. Report and collaborate. Prepare weekly sales reports, contribute to team updates, and bring ideas to strategy discussions. Work smart with AI. Use AI tools to research prospects, stay current on market and automotive trends, draft and refine outreach, summarize meetings, and speed up the routine work so you can spend more time selling. What You Bring Proven track record in sales and account management , ideally in a role that combined new-business development with managing existing relationships. Working knowledge of the automotive industry and/or automotive accessories market, you understand the products, the customers, and the channels. Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (or a comparable platform with a clear willingness to master HubSpot quickly). Comfort and fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude and similar) to research, stay up to date, and work more efficiently. We want someone who actively uses modern tools, not someone we have to convince.
Exceptionally organized:
you manage a pipeline, juggle multiple accounts, and never let a follow-up slip. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, professional presence on calls and video. Proficiency in Excel for reporting and customer-specific deliverables.
Bilingual:
English and Spanish (required): many of our clients are based in Latin America. Vendor setup experience is a plus. Hybrid schedule:
