Position Summary The Director of Sales Operations provides the operational backbone of the Sales organization, driving efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. This execution-focused leader builds and optimizes processes, manages sales technology and data integrity, and equips the sales team with the tools, insights, and training to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Responsibilities Sales Process Execution & Support Document and refine end-to-end sales processes within the framework and strategy set by the CRO. Standardize proposals & contracts to ensure consistency and efficiency. Revenue Forecasting & Analytics Build and maintain forecasting models based on pipeline health and historical close rates. Develop dashboards and reporting for pipeline, revenue, and activity metrics (QBR and ongoing). Deliver accurate, actionable insights to enable executive decision-making. CRM & Technology Management Serve as CRM owner: manage system configuration, data hygiene, automation, and workflow improvements. Integrate marketing automation, reporting, and finance systems with the CRM to ensure data integrity. Champion adoption of CRM and related sales tools through training and support. Sales Enablement Provide tools, scripts, and resources to increase win rates and shorten sales cycles. Partner with Marketing to deploy go-to-market collateral and competitive intelligence. Act as liaison for third-party enablement tools. Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing sales training programs for new team members, ensuring rapid ramp-up and consistent adherence to sales processes and best practices. Performance Reviews & Metrics Prepare and deliver regular performance and KPI reports to the CRO. Maintain high standards for data accuracy and sales performance reporting. Key Qualifications 7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related disciplines with increasing responsibility. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Sales, or related field. Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting; ability to translate data into actionable insights. Hands-on CRM administration experience (ZOHO, Salesforce or equivalent), including automation and custom reporting. Strong forecasting and KPI development skills. Excellent organizational, project management, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; skilled at training, coaching, and onboarding sales talent.
