You will be member of the IMC United States and Canada Leadership Team reporting directly to the General Manager. This role will be a people leader over 6-10 direct reports.
In this role, you will impact the company's success by leading the sales team and collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability across all business lines.

- Director Sales - Industrial Measurement and Control (IMC)

This role will operate on a
- fully remote
- work schedule, plus
- 50% travel (US & Canada).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Develop and execute the sales strategy for the portfolio in alignment with company goals.
YOU MUST HAVE
- + 7+ years in sales leadership roles preferably in B2B/channel sales+ Industrial Automation (IA) industry experience+ Strong people leadership/management experience+ Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management+ Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategy+ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets+ Experience in team management and development.

- + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field+ MBA+ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.+ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.+ Similar product experience and knowledge highly+ Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
PAY EQUITY
- The annual base salary range for this position in California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and Washington State (excluding most major metropolitan areas); and anywhere in Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Vermont, and Virginia is .
