Job Description

Join the largest delivery-first restaurant group in the United States!
Location:
This is a hybrid-remote role with expected travel throughout Texas, primarily Dallas, Austin and Houston.
Schedule:
Full-Time Salary:
$110,000 - $116,000 annual salary + Period Bonuses Benefits Performance-based bonus program with profit share Unlimited PTO Medical, Dental, & Vision plan for full-time team members 401k with up to a 4% employer match after one year District Manager Responsibilities Hybrid Work Model Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locations Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers and other staff. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor and Coach operational procedures to maintain high company standards. Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen Managers. Analyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide support with recommendations for improvement. Analyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standards. District Manager Requirements Solid foundation in culinary skills and customer service skills Minimum of 5 years of kitchen management experience Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit kitchen experience, managing 4 or more kitchen locations (QSR kitchen experience a plus) Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets Willingness to travel onsite throughout Texas up 75% of the work week. Out of state travel may be required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
