We're seeking a licensed Farmers Insurance Sales Manager to lead, develop, and drive performance for a high-energy sales team. This role is responsible for hitting production goals, coaching team members, and building a culture of accountability and growth. You will play a key role in both personal production and team success while maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral partners. Salary Range:
