Job Description

This is a foundational leadership opportunity to build and scale a High-Net-Worth (HNW) insurance advisory practice inside a fast-growing, forward thinking, risk management firm. What We Are Seeking Litmus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a seasoned, relationship-driven insurance professional who brings both deep technical expertise and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role is ideal for someone who: Has built and managed a High Net Worth book Thrives in less structured, high-growth environments Wants to move beyond execution into true business-building and influence Takes pride in being a trusted advisor to both clients and strategic partners Job Responsibilities Develop and manage strategic partnerships with financial advisors, wealth managers, and other referral sources. Act as the lead insurance strategist for High-Net-Worth clients, advising on complex risk and bespoke coverage solutions. Drive the end-to-end insurance lifecycle , from discovery and design through placement and ongoing advisory. Deliver education and thought leadership to advisor partners through workshops, presentations and training sessions. Proactively manage and grow a pipeline through relationship-driven business development. Provide deep expertise across High-Net-Worth personal lines (High Value Homes, Umbrella, Fine Art, Collectibles, etc). Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into strategic client recommendations.
Minimum Requirements License:
Property & Casualty ( CA ) 10+ years of experience within an independent, tech-enabled insurance agency Proven experience in business development and High Net Worth advisory Travel to financial advisory partners and/or client within the Los Angeles area
Preferred Skills Bachelor's Degree Certifications:
CPCU, CIC and/or
CFP Management System:
EZLynx Computer Skills:

$125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
