Job Description

Job Summary National Glass Industries, Inc. has been in business in the Pacific Northwest since 1988 and has warehouses in Burlington, WA and Portland, OR. The business focus is on the distribution of flat glass products such as clear glass, laminated glass, mirror and pattern glass. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across the country. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, foster strong relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth through innovative business development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our sales efforts on a national scale while leveraging your expertise in flat glass distribution. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive national sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize market penetration and revenue growth. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business clients, partners, and stakeholders through proactive outreach and negotiations. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, analyzing industry trends, and expanding the company's customer base. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, specifically in the architectural glass distribution industry. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster long-term client relationships. Familiarity with marketing strategies and business development techniques to expand market reach. Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and execute effectively.
Pay:
$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
