Your Business GlideScope:
We developed the first video laryngoscope in 1999 and have since become the global market leader in video laryngoscope solutions. Today we offer a broad range of tools that include visualization systems, single-use and reusable blades, stylets, stats and video batons to support a variety of workflows and specialties.
BFlex:
We introduced BFlex bronchoscopes in 2019. Since then, we have expanded the range of the BFlex product line to support a variety of patient types and procedures. BFlex single-use bronchoscopes combine the convenience and accessibility of single-use tools with the performance you expect from a reusable bronchoscope. Proven track record of consistent sales excellence including year over year revenue and profitability growth and exceeding assigned quotas.

Demonstrated ability to assess, coach and develop sales talent.
Business Management:
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge, services, market applications, policies, and procedures. Skilled in business communications, sales presentations and influencing. Proven ability of applying analytical skills analytical skills including Forecasting, and pipeline management. Passion for improving patient lives: You are passionate about medical technology to improve and save patient lives. You draw on your clinical acumen to build rapport and influence decision making and strategy.
The Basics:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years B2B outside sales experience. Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience. Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including Covid-19 vaccine). Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds. Must reside within region; Dallas, Houston, Austin, or San Antonio areas preferred. Required overnight travel is 5-6 nights per month, on average, to cover territory. Required to travel for annual sales meeting, regional meetings and in person training as needed. The Benefits of Working with Us Estimated Total Compensation. $143,000•$291,000 per year. This range reflects total compensation, which includes base salary plus variable compensation. Base salary is determined based on relevant skills, experience, and geographic location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the range. Variable compensation (commission) is calculated at 70% of base salary and is based on 100% quota attainment. Actual commission earned may be lower or higher depending on individual performance against quota. For new hires starting after January 1, variable compensation will be prorated based on start date and assigned quota. Wellness & Life Balance Programs.
