Job Overview Regional Sales Manager RJC Tax Group Position Summary RJC Tax Group is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the expansion of the Wellness Pro Employer Tax Advantage Program throughout an assigned territory. This is a leadership position responsible for both generating new business and building a high-performing regional sales organization. The Regional Sales Manager will market and sell the Wellness Pro program to medium and large employers while recruiting, training, coaching, and managing a team of sales representatives within their assigned region. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for business development, sales management, and helping employers reduce payroll tax costs while providing meaningful benefits to their employees. Essential ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Prospect and develop relationships with medium and large employers. Present the Wellness Pro Employer Tax Advantage Program to business owners, executives, HR professionals, and decision-makers. Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations. Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline. Meet or exceed established individual sales goals. Develop relationships with strategic referral partners and community business leaders. Regional Sales Leadership Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop a regional sales team. Train and mentor sales representatives on the Wellness Pro program, sales process, and best practices. Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and field training. Establish individual and team performance goals. Monitor sales activity, pipeline development, and KPI performance. Provide ongoing leadership, accountability, and motivation to team members. Team Management Manage the day-to-day performance of the regional sales organization. Assist representatives with complex sales opportunities and presentations. Review sales metrics and provide performance coaching. Ensure all sales representatives follow company procedures and compliance standards. Foster a professional, ethical, and results-driven culture. Client Relationship Management Maintain professional relationships with business clients after the sale. Coordinate with corporate leadership and implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding. Prepare clients for implementation by ensuring all required information and documentation has been collected. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify future growth opportunities. Generate referrals from existing clients and business relationships. Reporting & Communication Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation. Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports. Report regional sales performance and forecasting to corporate leadership. Attend required management meetings and training sessions. Provide market feedback and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer experience.
