Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive individual and regional performance. Manage outside sales teams across the assigned Northern California and Pacific Northwest region. Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives. Drive new business by developing dealer relationships and selling company products and services. Establish sales goals, develop action plans, and hold the team accountable for results. Monitor performance through regular quality checks, coaching, reporting, and follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective dealers while addressing and resolving concerns. Develop strategies to increase dealer retention and reduce attrition. Represent the company at recruiting, marketing, trade, and industry events. Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to support the team, develop dealer relationships, and drive market growth. Other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years external sales management experience managing a team of 15 to 20 external reps Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales High energy and with excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications Bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology Goal-oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams Qualified Candidates must live in Northern California or Pacific Northwest Region What is our pay plan? $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 annual with bonus Self-determined, performance-based compensation packageCompensation:
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicableQualification:
