Full Job Description Regional Manager Department:
Domestic Sales Reports to: Vice President and General Manager•

Exempt Salary Range:
$114,400•$150,000 annually Summary Sell wastewater treatment equipment and processes through regional Independent Sales Representatives. Obtain product sales at expected margins. Manage representatives on performance, direction, and training. Recommend new and/or replacement representatives and discharge ineffective representatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell wastewater treatment equipment and processes through regional Independent Sales Representatives. Serve as the key communication conduit between the Independent Representatives and the company through development of strong relationships. Responsible for obtaining product sales at expected margins. Manage representatives including but not limited to: performance, guidance, direction, and training. Also recommends new and/or replacement representatives and discharging of ineffective representatives. Develop territory specific marketing and product design approach. Responsible for customer relationship management in the respective territory. Develop, implement, and manage an action plan by project. Develop and update sales forecasts and target reports. Attend and participate in trade shows. Develop, implement, and manage territorial budget, including expenses and bookings. Perform product sales and technical presentations in the field. Mentor PAE's to promote their development and understanding of field sales, independent reps, project development, and bid strategies. Monitor competitive lines by the independent representatives.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Must be computer literate and be knowledgeable of MS Office software. Ability to travel 75%.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Usual office working conditions with moderate noise such as computers and printers, telephones and copy machines. Minimum qualifications Bachelors degree in Technical, Marketing or related field and a minimum of 5 years of related training and experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
