    Sales & Business Development:
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
      Opportunity Management:
      Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and CRM management.
        Team Leadership:
        Establish, train, and motivate the sales team (including direct sales and agents/reps) to guarantee peak performance.
          Client Relations:
          Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers while partnering with internal engineering teams for technical solutions.
            Market Analysis:
            Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and provide feedback on market trends and vertical industries.
              Strategic Planning:
              Forecast sales activity, manage territory penetration, and create annual business plans and budgets.
                Marketing Support:
                Propose and select marketing events, fairs, and social media tools to promote the company brand. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
                • K1: Order Intake.
                • K2: Payment Collection.
                • K3: Customer relation maintenance and timely reporting/meetings. Additional Information

                    Qualifications:
                    Qualifications
                      Education:
                      Diploma, Degree, or Master's in Commerce, BBA, MBA, International Trade, or Engineering (Polytechnic/Chemical Plastic Machinery).
                        Experience:
                        5+ years of proven sales experience in a relevant field.
                          Skills:
