Job Description
Tofflon Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive pharmaceutical equipment supplier to provide process support, core equipment, integrated system and pharma engineering for the pharma and biotech industry in the world. Since its foundation, Tofflon has supplied more than 8000 equipment and systems for 2000 pharmaceutical companies across over 40 countries and regions in the world which have been widely applied in the fields of liquid and Lyo injectables, chemical API, bioengineering and pharma packaging, etc. Toffon USA LLC is a subsidiary of Tofflon Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. We are currently seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join our team! The Regional Sales Manager (West Coast) is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for Tofflon USA LLC within the assigned territory. This role is accountable for leading sales activities, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets aligned with the company's overall business objectives. The duties for this role include implementing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and increase market share. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee all sales operations within the West Coast region, including pipeline management, forecasting, budgeting, and customer engagement. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and overseas headquarters, to ensure alignment on technical solutions and project delivery. As part of a dynamic and international team, this candidate will lead sales initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships. The role also involves participating in industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote Tofflon's products and capabilities, while consistently exceeding sales targets and performance expectations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the West Coast territory Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and overseas headquarters) to ensure alignment on technical solutions and project execution Prepare sales forecasts, track pipeline activities, and report on performance against targets Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings to promote Tofflon products and generate leads Support project handover to project management and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project execution Manage regional sales budgets and ensure efficient use of resources Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical equipment,biotechnology, or industrial equipment industries Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of technical products and ability to communicate complex solutionsto customers Experience working with cross-functional and international teams is highly preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools This is a hybrid role, primarily remote from a home office, with occasional workexpected at our Springfield, NJ office as needed. Approximately 40-60% travel is required, including domestic travel within NorthAmerica and international travel.
